Does anyone have experience with this insurance company? Was it a smooth approval process? Surgeon's office said they are super easy to work with so I'm hopeful but who knows for sure...

Just wondering if anyone out there has any experience with them?

is this the Amerihealth administrators that serves as a precertification departent for another insurance? I have BCBS of PA, which is managed by Independence administrators, but Amerihealth does the precerts for surgery. Have you heard anything from yours?
