Just a quick introduction. My name is Cathy and I've been reading the various forums for about two years now. I was banded on Sept. 2 of 2010 and am doing fairly well. I've lost 40 pounds. Things slowed down for me over the last couple of weeks, but I'm ready to focus and get back on track.
