I had the surgery this July in Monroe, Louisiana with Dr. Zizi. I really like him and his office staff. I've lost 35 pounds since surgery and received a 2nd fill on December 2. That's where my problems begin ... I've lost 10 pounds since then, but none in the last week. I'm realizing that my fill is too tight because I haven't eaten more than 6-8 bites of anything in an entire day since Dec. 2. I thought "this is such a challenge," but I thought that's just what I'm supposed to feel. Now I'm realizing that my band is too tight because I'm throwing up everything ... including tea/water. Ugghh! My doctor's office was closed today, but hope I can go next week for an "unfill." It may be a silly question, but do I pay for an unfill?! I really wonder why I haven't lost anything in a week when I've eaten absolutely nothing to amount to ... then thrown it up. Is my body in starvation mode?!
