Looking for some support

I was banded on August 24th 2010 and i have lost about 12 pounds but go up and down 3-4 pounds. I do not think i am doing what i am supposed to be doing as my weight loss has not been steady. I have had 2 fills since surgery. I have some questions, am i still supposed to feel that full feeling when eating? because i remember the feeling when i first had the surgery and i knew that feeling but havent felt that in many months. I cannot eat bread without it being stuck so i don't eat bread anymore. I have started my exercise program (one i actually enjoy) recently and i know that is a huge part of this. I am looking for receipes and have found a few. So those are my issues as of know. I am looking for a place to be held accountable for my exercise and food intake and thought this would be a great support system. Thank you
