Merry Christmas to all you newbies and old bandsters alike! Aren't we lucky that we can get through the holidays without fear of gaining a ton of weight? Now with the bands help, we can enjoy a bit of food but enjoy our holiday experience more since we won't be engrossed in pigging out. ;) I wish you all the best.
