Lbs Lost & Excess Skin

Hello everyone,

I was banded on Sept 16th of this year. Things were going great until my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I have discovered through that...I am definitely an emotional eater. I ate anything I could get my hands on, which in turn discouraged me even more. I had lost 30 lbs by my first fill...but I am stuck there even now...3 months out. I have gone back to my old ways of eating (just smaller portions) and there have been times that I have REALLY overeaten! My surgeon is going to check my band on the 22nd to see if it is diallated from my overeating. If so, I have to go back to square 1 and start all over again : (

If there is anyone out there that has gone thru the same things...I would love to hear from you. Also, my skin, especially on my upper arms, is very saggy and awful looking. Does anyone out there know from experience if that can be firmed up some with working out at the gym or am I going to have to save, save, save for plastic surgery in the end? I look forward to hearing from anyone that knows.
