am I too tight?

I just had a fill a few days ago and although I can eat some solids (very slowly) and liquids also go down (even more slowly) I constantly feel a glob in my throught... that I need to spit out. so i am not nervous about dehidrating just wondering if this is how I am supose to feel or its the swelling that is doing it to me??

If you feel gastric juices and frothiness in your mouth, you are too tight. I know because I did the same thing. I kept thinking it would go away because I was losing weight and then I had a slip! So, take it from someone who learned the hard away....go and have a little fluid removed.
