So frustrated.

Well, here I am......making the leap to healthiness. I upgraded my insurance to United PPO plan that covers lap band however I am unsure of the exact specifics of coverage since the plan is not yet effective. I sit here and read the posts of people having difficulty getting approved with United heathcare even though they are meeting the criteria. I feel I meet their criteria.....BMI 41.8 with family hx of diabetes, Hypertension and cardiac issues with current borderline risk factors. I have been overweight most of my life not terribly but always curvy. However in the last 7 years I have been right around 38-39 BMI with drops only lasting short times with the failed diets. Would I be denied based on that fact? I really hope not. That denial would surely frustrate me considering I have been a YO YO dieter since my teens. Any advice?
