HEP!!! Fluid Build-Up or Abscess

HELP!!! I'm 1 week post-op & I woke up this morning to a huge knot (baseball size) at one of my incision sites (also the same place where the band is)! It's not hot, but very hard and tender to the touch...has anyone had this problem? I called my dr. & I have an appt to see him at 1:00 pm today, but until then, I'm searching for information! The nurse said it could be a fluid build-up, but it's so hard....HELP!!!!

I was told tat it was a hematoma around my port site. The only the dr. did was gave me more pain meds. He said that I probably over did it...ie cleaning house, decorating my Christmas tree, etc. He thinks I tore my port away from my body a bit...I have to go back to to see him Friday, but I don't know what he'll do about it. It's very painful to move around....
