Nausea Bracelet

Hey. I may have missed it, but is there a topic already posted on the nausea bracelet that they give out after the surgery? If so, could someone tell me where it it is please? I am very curious about it and will be getting one this friday after surgery. I have heard two different stories on whether it hurts or not (because of the little shock that it gives) and I'm just curious how many other people have had one and what their experience was with it.

My Dr. sends his patients home wearing one and I also had a prescription for nausea. It does not hurt and mine had 5 settings. I thought it was great and it really does work. I normally kept mine on "2" or "3". I took the prescription meds for nausea 2 times, but it made my mouth so dry. I decided instead to turn up the band it it really worked. I did put it on "5" one time just to see what it felt like - it was a little strong, but still tolerable. Use it, you'll be glad you have it.:)

Thank you for your response, was definitely wondering if it hurt. Was very worried about the gas pains, didn't also want to worry about a bracelet!
