Congrats on your loss! You need to make a new ticker from scratch when you want to change the weight.

I lost about 8lb first week, I"ve lost about 13 in 2 weeks. I've never been someone who drops heaps in the first week of a diet either, 8lb is my biggest ever one week loss.

I'm rapt with it.

I lost 18 lbs in the first 2 weeks but as soon as I started to get out of the liquid phase I gained 5 lbs back. I am now in week 6 and will be going back for my first fill next week. I was worried about loosing so much so fast but it evens out as your body adjust to the new diet. Wasn't loosing like that great fun?!
