What was a typical meal day for you on your liquid diets before the surgery? How many weeks, and how much did you/have you lost?

I'm on day 4 of the liquid diet and am so hungry, I feel like im doing something wrong. I've lost 7 lbs which I'm extremely happy about, but i'm hoping I can loose at least 3 more, if not more :] Thanks!

Liquid diet is hell. Just remember that this is the last time you will have to be hungry to lose weight again.

Im just about to start my liquid diet 2nd time round tomorrow soooo not lookin forward to doing it all again have to do it for as from 2morrow till dec 14th. My op had 2 be rescheduled previously as i had an abnormal heart beat and i was 3days away from my surgery id lost 28lbs so it sure works. Best of luck to you, you'll be just fine when i was really hungry just drank lots of water 2 help fill me :smile2:
