Humana Select Insurance

I live in Florida and have Humana Select Insurance. I'm almost ready for my doctor to request approval. Has anyone been turned down by them? My BMI fits into there approval requirements but I have no other health problems except joint pain. Can anyone give me some information that would be helpful to ensure approval? Thanks for any information you can provide. :)
