Hi , Im Rachel , Im 31 and 2 days , I was banded last Monday and I 'm feeling hopeful.

I have lost 7kgs or 11lbs since Monday woo hoo :hi:

But I have a weird pain in my lower back , its in the small of my back on the left hand side . Its in the place where a pregnant woman places her hand when her back is sore (only way i can describe it) :) It feels like there is a fist clenched inside me gripping my insides , if anyone has had someone similar ????

please let me know ?
