Help I am hurting

I am 4 days post opt and tonight I am experiencing the worst pain so far. So here what is going on.

I have a terrible sore throat so I poured some salt in my throat and then a drink of water. Immediatly I started to not feel good. My back behind my left breast is hurting my left leg is hurting. Does anyone know why and if salt would cause this to happen. I have been drinking tons of water since and I have paged my doctor but I am starting to panic Help anyone!

How are you now??? Any better?? Did you see the doctor????

Im pretty sure your suppose to gargle warm salt water for sore throats ... not pour salt down your throat ..... that doesnt sound so pleasent! well feel better

Yikes, don't pour salt in your throat.

Put warm water in a glass, put salt in it. Stir it til salt is dissolved. Then gargle and SPIT IT OUT.

I hope you are ok.

You are to gargle with the salt water not drink it. You need to get checked out to much salt can make you sick, da,. You don't want to miss your date because your sick.

Day Four was my worst day. The sore throat is likely from being intubated. A saltwater gargle is a good idea; throwing salt down your gullet then drinking water ...not so much.

I hope you feel better fast! For me, it was all smooth sailing after the fourth day.
