Irish pre op undecided please help!!

Hi everyone, are there any Irish bandsters here? I really need some advice on who to go to and who is the best in this part of the world. Iv already had one bad experience and went to one guy who was really dodgy.. Im thinking of going to belgium now for it. Any advise folks??:biggrin:
