Lapband Newbe

Had my surgery September 30th, 2010. Still on the liquid diet for three more weeks, then soft food for two, then on my own. It's been a long haul but am seeing some great results. Starting weight 285.5 today October 7th, 247 lbs. Have a question: Need help in finding supplement Vitamins that I can chew or liquid that I can swallow. I'd rather not continue with the crushing of pills. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike!

Congrats on your progress! I was Banded Sept 27..and it looks like were on the same weight track

As far as Vitamins and stuff, I have been taking Centrum Chewable 2x daily, 1 pepcid chewable (just for the first 2 weeks) And chewable gas-x if I need it. I found all of that at Safeway. Anything else you're taking might be hard to find chewable..I guess just search the internet..I'm sure what you need is out there somewhere.

Good luck!!!!!!!! Holly
