I was banded two weeks ago today (Sept 21st) and everything has gone smoothly. The only real pain I've experienced, from the moment I woke up in recovery, was this darn gas pain in my left shoulder. It has gotten a little better each day. The weird thing is that it is completely gone in the morning, then starts hurting more as the day progresses. It gets to the point where I have to take Tylenol in order to function - but it only takes the edge off. I've been using heat on it regularly. How long is this going to continue? Is it normal? Has this happened to anyone else? I'm up and about all day at work, so get lots of walking in. Any suggestions?
