I bought the Syntax Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein! How do you prepare it?

I posted this in the other forums in hopes of good tips!

I have yet to try it, but want to hear how you make it!

Just water? Do you add ice and fruit?

Let me know what tastes best for you.

I'm excited and nervous to start these meal replacement shakes, I just want it to taste good!

I meant Syntrax. B)))))

Blarf. I threw mine out. I use Inspire and PURE proteins from bariatriceating.com. Not a fan of the Nectars--and boy, did I try to like it, 'cause those canisters are HUGE.

Let me know what you think. I have heard great reviews and now I read Betsy hates it. So...not sure about ordering yet. I did read one blog and the lady said she threw a scoop into the McDonalds fruit smoothie and it was great.

You know, it's okay! It has more of a mango taste to it! The protein gives it an odd taste, but better than I expected. I'm going to try a splash of pineapple juice in tomorrows shake, hopefully it makes it better.

I attempted to make it with the blender, but it turned into foam. Not a great idea. Haha so I just used 16 oz of water, one scoop, and a to-go packet of crystal light orange sunrise.

Apparently you can get sample packs through the company.

Anyone that wants to try it, buy the sample 10 pack from My Bariatric Pantry. Its $13 for 10 and they give you 10 different flavors.

I didnt care for Fuzzy Navel that much. But the cherry was great. The green apple was good. The cappucino was ok.

The point is, try them and if you really like a flavor, then buy the jug.

I drink Roadside Lemonade & Fuzzy Navel. Just add 8-16 oz, & stir.
