Help Please. Upset stomach 2 days straight...

Hi. I had my first fill on sept. 7. I have very little restriction. I can eat almost everything and I try to keep my portions small, but I may have overdone it the past few days (my birthday). Now I feel sick. I'm completely nauseated. I can still eat food, although I'd rather not. I feel like something's wrong. I'm drinking protein shakes for the next couple days to get some nutrition without having to swallow solid foods. Should I call my doctor? Or should I just let it go and see what happens. Has this happened to anyone? I'm really worried that something is seriously wrong.

Calling the docotor is always a good thing when in doubt. you may have to give your stomach a "holiday" to help it settle down. I had stomach spasms and the doc had me drink room temp protein and peppermint tea to allow my stomach to rest. I did it for 24 hours and my stomach settled down and I have not made the mistake of over eating again.
