Not losing weight anymore

Hi,

It has been a month since my lap band surgery and I lost about 20lbs in a week. I haven't lost anything in over a week. I don't know if I am not eating enough calories or what. I have my first fill next week and I am very frustrated...... Anyone have any insight?

Thanks,

Alex:cursing:

It's normal not to be losing now. Once you start getting the fills the weight will begin to come off.

This period in time is called bandster hell. If you read through the forums you will see that most people go through it. It's when you have the band already but it's not really doing anything because you don't have the fills.

Hang in there. It will pass. And the weight will come off.
