Lump in throat

So here is the deal. I had a fill on Thursday. I could eat pretty normal to what I have been eating till Monday came along then all of a sudden I feel like I have a lump in my throat. Like I need to swollow all the time. Do I need to have a bit taken out?

Maybe, but can you drink Clear liquids without a problem? If not - get in to see your doctor quickly. If you can drink then take some time to analyze the following and if you still have an issue, go back.

Is the lump there all the time, between meals or does it just take a while after meals to settle down? Does it happen after eating certain foods or eating quickly? Does it happen at any particular time of the day (or month - for women). I've had similar issues, but it varies with the time of day, and I've had to slow down and take tiny bites, or just about any food could cause a lump in my throat too.

I was fine with everything till just the other day. I can hardly drink liquids now. The "lump" is there all the time. I just don't get it!

I'm curious to the responses, I had my second fill approx 8 weeks ago to 5.5cc and am feeling the same thing. I have no problem drinking in volume or eating "most" band friendly foods, also eating small bites and chewing well. Just have this constant "lump" or need to swallow.

I go see the Dr. tomorrow. I only had .5 put in but I think I'm gonna have him take it out. I'm just not comfortable right now.
