Knife, Fork, Band.

I got a book from my surgeon's clinic called "Knife,Fork and Band". It's been written by a South Australian Dietician who is attached to an Adelaide lap band surgeon.

The book is bloody brilliant and is my bible!

It has fabulous recipes for all stages from the optifast stage through to the eating normally stage.

It discusses the procedure, exercise, psychology..everything.

My understanding is it is available at most lapband clinics in Australia and I thouroughly recommend it.. I even took it with me when I had the op done on the 10th September and it was getting passed around Dr Taylor's other patients in the ward.

I just googled it, you can purchase this book for $39.

For $39 I will google the info, and utilize what is in my library. That is highway robbery.

Just trying to help.

Thanks for the info, Talome, it was kind of you. Price point sticker shock is different for everyone and it doesn't happen to bother me.

Mimi

Is there an ISBN number for that? $39 is nothing compared to what I paid (actually, what I'm STILL paying) for my surgery.
