When is the first fill?

Hello,

I know this sounds like a dumb question and I should be aware of this already, but I am not. When is the first fill generally.

Thanks, Schel

Thanks for the input. My 3 week post op appointment is tomorrow.

I'll let you all know what happens.

I too was told 6 weeks, but I didn't feel the need for a fill for over 3 months.

I always say, you need a fill when you need a fill.. not at any specific time.

  • 3 weeks later...

I was banded 8/29/05. I have not had a fill yet. I think it may be time to get one, as I am getting more food and liquid down than I have before. Is it time?????
