Yom Kippor - Fasting!

Fast day today - thinking the band is going to make it a little easier! At least that is what I keep telling myself! Good news is that I cannot over eat at the end while breaking the fast like I usually do :thumbup: Maybe I will lose an extra pound to make my loss an even 80 pounds!
