Hi Shannon Marie. I hope you are still going thru this, I have been going since August to the seminar and then the other hoops they make you go thru. I am on my third visit to the diet Dr. tomorrow. so three more visits which include the physic visit nutionist then the Dr Stanish. So hopefully I can get this done this spring.
