Before the fill, I can eat whatever I want. I try not to eat too much though.

After the fill, I need to do two days of liquids, and then two days of mushies.

What's the standard practice for your eating the day of a fill?

I was told only liquids before the fill and after for 1 day, then mushies for 1 day then reg food the next....

My dr instructions fluids only day of fill ,followed by day two mushies and day three back to normal

My surgeon suggest liquids only after midnight before my fill in the morning. You don't want food in there because they have to see or know if fluid is passing ok and food may obstruct that. Might give you a false feeling of being over filled.
