Nausea

Today I became very nauseous but can't throw up. I feel like I should but I just burp. I am horrible nauseous and wonder if any one has had this. If I could bring it up I would feel better. Ugh

I sympathise.

It's the most horrible feeling. It happened to me a couple of months back after too much wine the night before! Had I been able to throw up I am sure i would have felt better a lot sooner.

I had four days of lasting nausea a few retching episodes. The doc had me sipping on peppermint tea and room temp water so that my "gut" could rest. It did work for me.

I am doing the tea now and just trying it. I wonder if anyone can throw up after the band?? It just does not work for me!
