Surgery tomoro

Hi all,

YAY surgery tomoro at 7am.I dont know how to feel nervous ,excited or worried.

i still havent packed my bag but i plan to soon.and also take before photos.

Wish me luck oh and is there any advice about first few days and directly after surgery

Good Luck!! Wishing you a speedy and easy recovery.

Good luck with your surgery! As for the next few days post-op, definitely focus on healing and getting the rest you need. Don't push yourself to do anything and definitely don't force yourself to get in all the protein that is recommended.

Try to sip as much water as you can and definitely walk when possible. It helps greatly with the gas pains as does Gas-X.
