How do I know??

Hello,

I had my lap band done on March 26th. I have lost about 35lbs so far which is good. How do I know when my band is at its restriction? Sometimes I can eat and sometimes I can't. It seems I have a harder time with healthier foods than I do others. I also stay hungry alot and I really want that to go away!! Any advise would be appreciated...Thanks

You will definitely know when you have good restriction. After you eat you will not feel hungry for several hours again. :)
