I am in almost as far west as you can get. Franklin.

No I haven't been banded yet. I basically have my first appointment with the "team" on the 30th. I've done all the pre- stuff. But they make you go through 4-6 months of appointments etc etc.

You?

First of all I think it is very difficult to navigate around this site, do you have a facebook? If you do add me as a friend - my name is Mary Bailey, I live in Morganton, NC, and I am a Lees McRae student, mother of 2. If you do add me I will go ahead and tell you not many people know I am looking into this, so... if we communicate about this topic we can do it through messages instead of comments.

Anyway, I haven't actually had the surgery or even met with the surgeon yet, I basically just figured out where I will be doing it, at the Hickory Surgical clinic, and now I am waiting for my packet of info... I will be attending one of the seminars this Monday, so... where will you be having your surgery?

Well if you do have facebook go ahead and add me, if you don't mind, and we can communicate that way for now. This site is so confusing. It's nice to have someone to talk to about this.
