Sinus Infection...would it affect weight loss?

I have not been losing any weight since before my surgery but I have also been dealing with alot of allergy problems and now a sinus infection. I have felt really tired and lethargic...but have exercised some and was charting all I have ate. But the last couple of days I can't eat enough...especially sweets. I have an appointment for a fill in the morning my second...but nervous how they will react when they see I haven't lost and probably gained some back. They were not to happy with me the last weigh-in. My surgery date was June 17 of this year. On top of everything they put me on steroid pack with my antibiotic to get rid of the sinus infection which makes me so nervous and hungry....I think just getting a little stressed:eek: Any suggestions or just words of encouragement would be appreciated rpm2010
