50 lbs and going !!

Hi everyone it finally happened I reached my 50 lb mark. I am so happy. After 2 1/2 yrs. I finally figured out how to eat. Fruit or a salad with every meal until I feel satisfied not full.

    Congratulations! I am very near to the 50 lb mark too. I finally got good restriction a couple of months ago. I've lost 15 lbs in the last 2 months. I've just started exercising, so I'm hoping to keep up the pace.
