HELP! Naseau sucks big time!

So I posted earlier that I thought I was going to get an unfill today, but that wasn't the case. I currently have 5.2cc in a 10cc band. I did a barium swallow today and everything looked perfect. However, I still get this naseating saliva that makes me want to puke. It usually happens in the middle of the night. I figured its problem allergies, I live in Central Texas, and alas, allergies are king here.

Does anyone have any tricks of the trade? How to combat mucus and drainage? How to get past the naseau? Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
