Bloating after Fill

I got a fill on Thursday and have restriction now. Everytime I eat my pouch area/chest hurts for a while. I can live with that but last night and today I feel so bloated. Anyone experience this. Any suggestions on what is going on or what I can do to get rid of this swollen gut. :grouphug:
