Shoulder Pain - 3 Months POST Surgery

So that mysterious, horribly PAINFUL shoulder pain is BACK and I'm almost THREE months POST lapband surgery. Could it be because of a recent fill? I'm confused as to why it's happening AGAIN - it HURTS. Noticed it a day or two after my latest fill, after working out. Not a pulled muscle - I REMEMBER THIS pain...
