Barilla Plus pasta....

Anyone tried the Barilla Plus Pasta? Multigrain (whole grains) and it's not as heavy and sticky as whole wheat... lots of Omega 3's and it's got like 10g of Protein in a serving.

is a small serving of this OK? Nutritionist said only whole grains so I think this is acceptable. I'm still losing weight to get approved for surgery.

Good stuff! I've eaten it while I was on my 3-month pre op plan and after I was banded. My nut says it's fine as long as I can get it down (which I have no problem with whatsoever LOL).

Enjoy!

I love love love it. My family likes it too and we eat it probably once a week. My doctor is totally fine with it and I have had no problems with eating it thus far. I like that it has an extra little kick of protein plus whatever meat you add to it!

I so excited to see this post. I saw it today while grocery shopping and decided to try it- and then of course came here to see if anyone else had tried it yet. I was super excited to see pasta with protein added! *happy dance*
