Do you update your weight loss in a ticker/program/website/app for each pound?

How many of you update each pound in some sort of program/website/app/ticker?

How many different ones?

I just find it funny how many places I update my weight for each pound I lose....

- Weightbot (iPhone app)

- Calorie Counter (iPhone app)

- Weight Loss Ticker (myfitnesspal.com)

- My Signature here

- My Bandster Profile here

- My Lapband Journey (lapband.com)

- DietOrganizer (program on my computer)

I update both of mine after each pound I lose. I don't touch them when I gain 1 :smile2:

I use Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... as do the majority here.

Below is my over all ticker and my since surgery ticker is in my siggy.

I update my ticker and I keep track on my calendar (where I also keep track of my goal weight for each week).

Heck, I don't even necessarily wait until I have a full pound ---I change my ticker for 0.2 down, if that's what the scale says :smile2:

I update on Mondays for the 4th of July Challenge and I'll update my regular ticker then as well. I will also edit my regular one after any kind of doctor visit, because I recalibrate my scale at that time as well.

this is the only site where I have a ticker. I update it every 2 to 3 pounds.

Originally I was updating my ticker for every loss but now I've decided to just do it on Mondays on my official weigh-in day because if I don't it's harder for me to see the big picture when I change it everytime I see a loss on the scale.

I update mine on weigh-in days, which is Friday for me. Good news, bad news, or no news, I update it. Also update my iPhone app Tap&Track.

Just ordered a bodybugg, so I guess I'll soon add that as well.

I update mine monthly. I cant tell how many pounds Ive REALLY lost until after a month when I consistently weigh in at a specific weight. I tend to go up and down between one and two pounds before its officially off.

If I'm down a tenth of a pound I change it on my ticker and in an app. if I'm up, only I know.
