A New Daddy Trying to get in Shape

Hello all,

I'm a happily married new 34 yr old daddy of a precious baby girl. My weight has been issue for close to ten years now. Luckily my wife has stuck with me through this whole time but it's time to make things right. During my teen years and into my early twenties I exercised vigorously and dieted in order to get in shape. Unfortunately, I could only sustain that for about a year at a time. Afterwards I would gain tons of weight and then some. Hopefully this Lap Band will provide me the tool to help out in the food department. I pray I get my Lap Band this summer. I'm going to my 4th appointment tomorrow. :thumbup:
