exercise question

When can you start an exercise plan? At what intensity? I am in a training group that does intense workout and I just wanted to get a since of when I could return.<O:p</O:p

You may want to call your doctor and ask his staff this question. Each doctor has their own rules.

My doctor said that our bodies will tell us what we can do - when we can do it... But nothing strenous until 4 weeks post op - when I went for my first check-up/fill. So I just stuck with walking until I was able to do more.
