Commit Lozenges

I was wondering if anyone was taking any patches, gum, or lozenges before and during the surgery. I am on the #2 lozenge (not the strongest) and I take about 5 a day. I'm just wondering if it would cause problems with my surgery. Any response would be appreciated. I'm already on the two week clear liquid diet and doing pretty good except maybe a couple olives and a small yogurt yesterday. I'im on day three...
