Has anyone read WLS for Dummies?

Just wondering if anyone has anyone read WLS for Dummies? I also saw they are coming out with a WLS Cook Book for Dummies.

I read the book--have a copy if anyone wants it (PM me)---but didn't find that it held any more information than I already knew. Reading here provides more insight, IMO.

But it's never bad to read up--and it's a good beginner's manual.

(And as I said, I'd be happy to pass on my copy if anyone wants it.)

I have it and I found it very helpful. Very good tips and great receipes

Read it and found the recipes workable. Another good read is "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery".

I LOVE cooking and cookbooks! I've been kind of down thinking about all the things I haven't cooked yet or love to cook because I won't be cooking as much after surgery. I can't believe how stupid I feel right now!!! I must need that book!.. I truly hadn't even thought of looking for a WLS book, or a cookbook just for life after the surgery. I can't believe I didn't think to look. (I've got more cookbooks than can fit in 1 cupboard!)

Anyone know of any other cookbooks that are good?!

It is one of several books I bought. I wanted to read up on everything I could get my hands onto. It is very informative. Ive read it twice allready. I bought it from EBAY.
