Stalled OUt

I am 15 months post REALIZE band. I lost 65 lbs. with a lot more to go. I have platued for 4-5 months now. I am at 8.6cc in band. I have a 14cc band and do not feel full. They tried to put in 9cc last fill and I refluxed so they had to remove .4cc.

I do not have a feeling of fullness until about 1 hour after I eat. Has anyone else had to have a lot of fill before finding sweet spot???? :Dancing_biggrin:

I am at a stand still also. Actually I have been content with my weight loss so far. I feel better and am buying smaller clothes. I am even smaller than when I got married so I am so happy about getting my band, it was the best thing I ever did. Well now I am not feeling so fine about standing still and need to get my brain back on board. I have not excercised once, I keep saying I need to and I do but I have lost neerly 50 pounds without taking a walk! Anywhoo I know I will jumpstart again if I break a sweat and cut out my sweets. Maybe if this thread keeps going and we post often, get to know each other a bit and share what we eat it will help us all? So far this morning I have had a cup of coffee and I will plan on a shake for breakfast. My egg shake has 50g protein and 220 cal.

Hello! I am back. I had an OK day today till tonight. Had my shake for breakfast, another shake for a snack (that one had 30g protien and 160 cal). lunch was a stick of cheese a 1/4 a turkey sandwitch and a cup of watermelon dinner was Tamale pie and 4 Cookies for desert......my sweet tooth KILLS ME! I would have been OK had it not been for the cookies.

We have a cruise this August , 10 weeks from now and I'd like to loose 10 pounds before we go.

Wondering if Realize® Band is the right choice for you? Looking for information and community after your Realize Band Surgery? Look no further. You'll find everything you need at RealizeBandSupport.com .

I started LapBandTalk the night I came home from surgery mid July 2003. Following my own Lap-Band® procedure, I was looking for information and community support. I came across a few helpful web sites, but they all lacked a sense of actually belonging to a group of people who share many similarities, struggles and habits.

After years of researching and reaching out to the community, we've been able to build the most comprehensive online resources for all types of Weight Loss Surgeries. Hundreds of thousands of registered members contribute amazing stories and useful information to our pages.
