Does anyone know if there is a good OTC menopause /hormone therapy that a bander can use. I have always taken Estrovan but they don't cut up very well. The advise is appreciated in advance for this flashin' bandster.:ogre

I don't take anything. I have a friend who uses the patch and likes it. Once I heard none of that stuff prevented heart disease, I trashed it all. I'm taking the route of my great, great, great, grandma, LOL.

Dr Phil's wife did a show on homeopathic treatment for menopause, and lists what she swears works for her. I'm going to post the link to his site. It is broken down by symptom and what she uses. I can't vouch for the validity of any of it. I'm not menopausal yet, but you can bet I'll be trying it out when I am. No hormone replacement drugs for me! Good Luck.
