Holy cow! you have to be kidding me!

Took a bite of my sons Jello pudding from his lunchable....

Been sugar free for so long that I almost spit out the pudding it was so sweet!!!

    I love that! I have been noticing this for a while-- when I get off the sugar and simple carbs, sweet stuff ( and most junk food) just don't taste good anymore.

    Hooray!! That makes it a LOT easier to stay away from!

    One thing I have learned from my band, if i think something is going to be really good and I decide it is worth it to splurge and I try and eat it but then once its in my mouth it doesn't taste as good as I want it to or remember it being, I spit it out! I am not going to put extra calories in my body unless they are wonderful! Anything mediocre is getting spit in the trash. Not pretty but effective.
