My First Time Here

Hello,

My name is Rheda. I had Lap-band surgery on Jan. 25, 2010. I have lost 44 lbs. so far and am happy with my results. I would like to talk to some people who have had their band awhile and learn more about fills and how much to eat at a meal.:)
