Has anyone had lipo to get rid of the double chin? I'm just wondering how effective it is and if bariatric patients have had success with lipo alone in this area (i.e. would most weight loss patients have loose skin in this area after lipo).

I'm planning to have abdominoplasty and brachioplasty next month, and I'm considering asking my surgeon about liposuction in my neck as well. Thanks for your help.

I would think that if you're having those two procedures that he could throw in a neck lift for free. Why don't you ask? Lipo probably wouldn't take care of the issue because you probably have loose, empty skin. Lipo works best removing fat, not removing loose skin.
