Tightness at TOM

Okay - so I have NO restriction! I have had two fills and I am going for my 3rd tomorrow. The thing is, for the past two day I have had a little trouble swallowing (not painfull) I just seem to have noticed a tightness in my throat area that comes and goes. I am expecting my period any minute and I am wondering if this is giving me a little restriction and since I have not had restriction, I have nothing to compare it to. I have no problems eating ANYTHING!. Previous to this happening I felt like I could eat more than before! It just kinda feels like when you are trying NOT to cry and you get that funny feeling in your throat. Could be sinuses?

Any suggestions, words of wisdom from long timers, advice??
