I AM SICK AND TIRED....Every time I talk to this doctor and that doctor its always a friggin hassle to get my notes sent to my surgeon. The 6 month diet notes, sleep study notes, notes from various other doctors! UGHH.....I used to live in a different state so I have no other choice but to keep calling! I've done so much to give up now! But im sooooo frustrated! :biggrin:

I would follow up with a letter. Most docs need something in writing saying that you will allow them to release info to the new doc. Something like:

To Dr. Jones- Please release my (notes, test results, labs etc) to Dr. Smith at (address, fax, phone). I will be seeing this doctor on (date) and would need for them to have the information by that time.

Then call them a day or two before the date you stated and if they haven't mailed the records have them fax them...
