Gallstones

Hi All -

After all my ultrasounds and stuff - looks like I have gallstones - they said I can get those done at the same times as the lapband or wait til after - I figured get it all done at once - anyone else have to get their gallballder out at the same time as being banded???

I was told I couldn't have the procedures done at the same time because of the possibility the gall bladder removal could contaminate the abdomen and the band. So I had my gall bladder out last fall, and am still waiting on the band- long story why. Hopefully my banding will be in May. I also have a hiatal hernia, and they will take care of that at the same time I am banded.
